I recently let my property out and being it my first I was very nervous and sceptical about everything but mainly overwhelmed of everything that needed to get done. I reached out to David and from the start he came across experienced and professional but could only take that on face value...he has managed to rent my flat successfully and can confirm that everything he said and done was more than what I expected as he went above and beyond on all levels from marketing, tenants, completion and everything in between. He was contactable, flexible and informative which I find very important when dealing with a possession that is very dear to you.

I could not recommend enough, only way to understand the service is to take it up.
